RFS Behavioral Health is the largest school-based behavioral health provider in the Northwest. OH area. We are currently seeking a clinical supervisor for the school district we service in Marion and Crawford County. Clinical Supervisors will oversee School Based Services and Outpatient Services while being a part of an innovative agency. As an agency, we seek to pioneer unique, comprehensive, and innovative approaches to Behavioral Health Services: that will promote abstinence, responsibility for self-care, positive lifestyle choices, and ability to make informed decisions.

Some of the duties to be expected from a clinical supervisor are:

• Provide ongoing clinical consultation including the development of educational materials for staff based on the changing needs of staff and agency
• Train and educate direct care staff on treatment protocols, clinical intervention strategies, evidence-based practices, treatment plan development, and all policies and procedures pertaining to client care and day to day operations.
• Create a highly motivating culture of accomplishment, which supports staff achievement of established goals
• Oversee the assessment of all newly arrived clients adhering to agency standards; assign and maintain staff caseload
• Review and approves all clinical documentation for completeness, consistency and quality
• Conduct regular quality assurance reviews to ensure that all client charts adhere to agency, state, federal and CARF compliance.
• Facilitate case reviews weekly with teams to ensure appropriate client care, change in need, and updates the EHR system as deemed necessary
• Monitor, track and report the productivity of staff based on client interaction, data reports, clients not seen, late notes, unsigned notes, expired treatment plans and failed activities and documented follow up as needed.
• Oversee Case Management Procedures, RFS Best Practices and Standard School Practices
• Manage and monitor all staff timesheets, time off requests and reports
• Facilitate weekly group supervision with staff
• Provides assessments, individual, family, or group counseling, as needed.
• Maintains established performance and conduct standards in accordance with organizational expectations.
• Communicate with agency staff in a professional manner

Preferable Candidates should have at least 2 years of supervisory experience and must have either a LISW, LISW-S, LPCC, LPCC-S.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
